“We really loved working FTC and would do it again in a heartbeat. Their eye for the finished product and experience were the reasons we chose them. This was our first project so we didn’t know what to expect, so we entrusted Phillip and Darcie to steer us on design and all the construction elements. They were professional and super responsive to our questions and concerns, but what impressed us the most was how thoughtful they were. “My story is a little long, but please read if you are thinking of hiring someone to make your dreams for your home a reality. We hired a different contractor and ended up spending a great deal of money on a horrible job where the contractor walked off. The entire job had to be taken down to the studs for a redo of absolutely everything. Heartbroken and taking such a huge financial hit left us utterly lost. Through an absolute God designed chance meeting, I met the owner of FTC Builds, Phillip Mason, at his house during a yard sale. He listened to my story and cared. He came to our home and gave us written estimates, and he helped us keep costs down by reusing anything salvageable from the other job. The craftsmanship of the work is absolutely some of the best we’ve ever seen. The foreman’s name working on our project is Omar. He is so amazing to work with, and the men who work for him are terrific in each of their specialties. Our home was treated with respect and care. It is obvious that these professionals are perfectionists. At every phase of our redo, the owner, Phillip, was checking on us and his men. The construction as a whole was completed on time and at some points early. This entire experience with FTC has been phenomenal. My husband has a saying, “I don’t like how I got here, but I love where I am.” This is how we feel about our whole experience. We hate how we got here, but love the end results. It exceeds not only our desires and expectations, but our dreams. Thank you FTC Builds from the bottom of our hearts.”

“Phillip and his team are outstanding and I would highly recommend them without hesitation. They are very detail-oriented, they do very high-end work, they commit to a timeline and execute on it, and they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is exactly the way the customer wants to have it done. Aside from their outstanding work, Phillip brings a high level of creativity and allowed us to see things from an entirely different perspective, and he provided the guidance and vision that we were needing. He also tries to do everything possible in order to do the very best job, but to also make suggestions to help save the customer money. He’s never trying to upsell, always has the customer in mind, and in the end delivers truly outstanding work. Phillip and his team did a remodel project for us that involved several rooms, and we are now about to start a kitchen remodel with him, which we are very excited about.”
