About Phillip & Darcie Mason

As the only profession Phillip has ever known, he uses designing, building and renovating homes to improve the lives of others. While he is out in the field managing the jobs and subcontractors, Darcie is busy running operations out of the home office in Richardson.

Overseeing all estimating, purchasing, and billing, Darcie keeps a tight hold of the daily communications with clients, informing the field as necessary. With over 15 years of operations expertise, she keeps things moving along.

Before stepping into the operations role at FTC, Darcie was the owner and operator of Feathered Child Interiors, a home decor and design company. Darcie now uses these skills to provide design assistance to all FTC.

As a design-builder, each client receives the attention to detail a project requires to be successful. Utilizing the most advanced computer-assisted design software available, Fallen Tree Construction designs each project, and then builds.

We provide line item estimates with a detailed scope of work for each project at no expense to our clients, and strive to exceed expectations to deliver your project on time and within budget. We stand behind and guarantee our work, using only qualified and licensed subcontractors with multiple years of experience working with our company.

Family-Owned

FTC is a family-owned business, that runs all aspects of each project such as design, permitting, project management and construction from their home office. In 2023, FTC produced more than $4,000,000 worth of construction in North Dallas.

Fallen Tree Construction has been awarded the Best Construction Company Award by the Best of Richardson Award Program 2019 through 2023. Fallen Tree Construction is among a very small group of companies that have won the Best of Richardson Award for four consecutive years, and this distinction has qualified Fallen Tree Construction for the Richardson Business Hall of Fame 2020 through 2023.
